This website is operated by Signapoint Digital Technologies Limited ("Signapoint", "we", "us"), a company registered in Nigeria. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
2. What we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to send it to us through our contact form:
- Your full name and email address
- Your company or organisation, if you provide it
- The type of enquiry you select and the content of your message
- Your confirmation that you have read this policy, and the time of submission
To protect the form from abuse, our server briefly reads your IP address to limit how many messages can be sent in a short period. This is held only in temporary memory and is not stored with your enquiry.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
3. Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry — based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
- To keep the website secure — based on our legitimate interest in preventing spam and misuse.
We do not sell your personal data or use it for automated decision-making.
4. Service providers and international transfers
Contact submissions are stored in a managed cloud database provided by our hosting and infrastructure providers, who process data on our behalf. These providers may store or process data outside Nigeria. Where this happens, we aim to rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections and access controls that prevent the public from reading stored submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep enquiries only for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting conversation or relationship, and then delete or anonymise them, unless we need to keep them longer to meet a legal obligation.
